Following yesterday’s look at our design blueprints, the action at Kai Tak Youth Sports Ground has hit a whole new level! As athletes from across Asia fight for the top spot, the physical medals crafted by the Brainstormake team have officially made their debut on the world stage.

The championships are in full swing, and the medals are officially in action. Huge congratulations to the Hong Kong team for a spectacular first day, highlighted by Kwok Chun Ting’s incredible Silver Medal finish in the Men's 100m sprint!

Watching our home team champion stand proudly on the podium with a "Brainstormake" medal around his neck was an unforgettable, proud moment for our entire team. Seeing our craftsmanship catch the stadium lights alongside Hong Kong's sporting success is the ultimate validation of what we do.

Turning a complex geometric concept into a solid metal reality was no small feat. Here’s how we did it:

  • High-Relief Precision: Using advanced die-casting, we ensured every geometric line is sharp and precise, allowing the surface to catch the light just like a diamond.

  • Ribbons Inspired by the Venue: The colors of the ribbons were not chosen at random. We designed the pink-and-blue gradient specifically to match the dynamic color palette of the main stadium’s exterior facade. The geometric pattern on the strap echoes the facets on the medal, creating a completely unified, modern look.

     

 

📦 The Finishing Touch: Premium Custom Presentation Boxes

True premium quality goes beyond the medal itself—it’s also about the packaging. To match the scale of this international event, we custom-designed bespoke presentation boxes for the championships.

The exterior features a sophisticated, textured silk-finish deep blue hard case, cleanly printed with the official colorful event logo. Inside, a luxurious black velvet lining cushions and displays the medal perfectly, elevating the entire unboxing experience for the winners.
